6pm Youth Races, 7pm Youth League presentation
6:45pm Senior Finale 1 hr race, prizes on line, open to all senior/junior categories (E1234) and youth A with dispensation, immediately followed by Senior League presentation.
Following last week’s cancellation due to torrential rain and standing water, the SACA Officials have confirmed the number of counting events to the Senior and Youth Leagues will be reduced by one to 14 and 9 respectively.
Riders are reminded their licence must match the club/team they sign-on under and kit they wear. A small minority of riders are believed to be contravening this. Failure to comply could result in a fine by BC. Please have your licence ready to be checked at sign-on and kit will be checked during racing.
The Tuesday evening Vanilla Bikes Salt Ayre League will be run by Salt Ayre Cycling Association and run similar to 2011 with 20 events starting on Tuesday 10th April 2012.
This League, again sponsored by Vanilla Bikes will be for 2/3/4 cat men, women and juniors with youth races starting on 8th May.
Its EOL only, £10 for men, £5 for women and juniors.
An innovation for 2012 is that each week’s winner will receive a prize in addition to the League prizes awarded at the end of the season.
Round 4 of SACA/Wallis Cycles Spring Series on 31st March will incorporate Round 1 of the ParaCycling National Road Series in mens and womens events and be followed by a handcycle event.
The Salt Ayre Spring Saturday Series starts 10 March 2012 and the Tuesday evening Vanilla Bikes Salt Ayre League starts 10 April 2012.
